Minimums & reorders
Opening orders start at $500 (Retail) with no minimum for verified practitioners. Reorder minimums are $250 for Retail and zero for Practitioner accounts.
Volume accounts negotiate custom minimums tied to quarterly commitments.
Freight & shipping
Orders ship from Reno, NV within 2 business days of confirmation. Standard freight is calculated at checkout. Orders over $1,500 ship free within the contiguous U.S.
For practitioner direct-ship, your patient pays standard retail shipping rates on each order placed through your patient portal.
Payment terms
First three Retail orders are prepaid (credit card or ACH). Net-30 terms unlock after a clean payment history on three orders.
Verified Practitioners receive Net-30 from day one. Volume accounts negotiate custom terms.
Marketing & merchandising
Every wholesale partner receives a marketing kit with brand assets, product imagery, shelf-talkers, and printable education sheets at no charge.
For retail accounts ordering $5k+ per quarter, we contribute co-op marketing dollars toward local campaigns. Volume accounts get custom merchandising builds.
Pricing & MAP policy
Alpha Health enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy across all channels to protect retailer margins. Selling below MAP results in suspension of wholesale access.
The current MAP is full retail (alphahealth.com pricing). Promotions and bundle discounts are coordinated with our wholesale team.
