Transit times

Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day ship the same day. Otherwise they ship the next business day.

We don't ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

International orders

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. EU and Australia launching in 2025.

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking your order

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your account and find tracking under "Orders."

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, email [email protected] with your order number.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

Try any Alpha Health product for 30 days. If it isn't working for you, email us with your order number and we'll process a full refund.

You don't need to ship the bottle back. Donate it, gift it, or dispose of it however you prefer. We trust you.

The guarantee applies once per customer per SKU. Subscription orders are eligible from the date of your first shipment of that product.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email [email protected] within 14 days of the shipment date with your order number and a photo (if damaged).

We'll either reship the order at no charge or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
