Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed.
Pricing errors: if a product is mispriced due to typo or system error, we may cancel the order even after acceptance. You'll receive a full refund.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number to receive a full refund. You don't need to return the bottle.
The guarantee applies once per customer per SKU and only to orders shipped to the same address. Wholesale, white-label, and gift-subscription orders have separate return policies — see your account agreement.
Alpha Health products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Consult your physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Results vary from person to person.
Do not use our products as a substitute for medical care. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop use and consult a healthcare provider.

We warrant that our products are manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities and pass third-party testing for potency, purity, and safety. Beyond this, our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific health outcome will result from product use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Health, Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or products.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

If we can't resolve it, any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration takes place in San Francisco County, California, in English, before a single arbitrator. Class actions are waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any documents incorporated by reference, are the complete agreement between us regarding the services.
You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
